Why your order did not get free shipping.

Both the items ordered and the shipping address must be qualified to receive FREE Shipping. FREE Shipping page has details about what items and addresses are considered.

• Ship your items to only one U.S. address.
• Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" as the shipping preference.
• Select FREE Shipping as your shipping speed. The transaction will be delivered within 5-9 working days after all of your merchandise is available to ship (including pre-order items).
